This is 100% Chardonnay made as a sweet wine. There is no indication if this was late harvest or fortified or how it got its sweetness. It rings in at 14.1% abv which adds to the curiousness. That said, it proved popular when served at the end of a Passover Seder meal. Light amber in color, clear and bright. The nose is nice with apricots, orange rind and a slight tea note. Medium bodied. Viscous texture. On the palate, it is sweet but only slightly. Flavors of apricots and orange. Good finish. A little goes a long way which was nice at the end of the meal. It comes in a 500ml size bottle.
