2010 Kapcsándy Family Winery Rapszodia, USA, Napa, Yountville, State Lane Vineyard, Wine Review

This is an equal parts blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot from Napa.  Aged in new French and Hungarian Oak.  Purple in color, opaque and shimmering bright.  The nose is nice with black cherries, cherries, slight brown tobacco, char and spice.  Full bodied.  Medium tannins.  On the palate, this is deep and complex.  Great texture.  Flavors of black and red cherries, slight  chocolate, char, and spice.  Long finish.  This is just about at peak but still showing a younger side.  Delicious.  It is great on its own and will work with bigger foods.  Roasted Chicken or Duck would be perfect.  Drink over the next ten to fifteen years.
