The Vibe: 
Hanna Winery has two tasting rooms, the Russian River Valley tasting room and the Alexander Valley tasting room. The Russian River Valley tasting room is located near the Hanna Winery production facility in Santa Rosa on Occidental Road. This is a small tasting room that is ideal for people who are nearby and who really want to taste Hanna wines. Otherwise, it's worth taking the trip to the much more expansive and elegant Hanna Winery tasting room in Alexander Valley.

Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon
Not good for: 
  • This location is not good for much more than tasting, small groups at that.
  • Not a place for large groups or busses without a prior appointment.
Particularly good if you are seeking: 
  • To taste Hanna Wines. The Russian River tastign room is no destination spot unto itself (go to Hanna's Alexander Valley tasting room for that). If you are looking to try Hanna's flagship wines -Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon - then this Santa Rosa tasting room may be ideal.
  • Hanna offers a small picnic area for those seeking a quiet place for some wine and a snack.
