Tasted at the winery. This sparkling wine is a blend of 79.5% Chardonnay, 19% Pinot Nero, and 1.5% Pinot Blanc. It is composed of 76% vintage wines 2021, 21% reserve wines 2020, and 3% reserve wines 2019. 12.8% abv. Dosage was 2.5 grams per liter. Light golden in color, clear and bright with tiny beads. The nose is lovely with grapefruit, slight cherries, slight yeast and whiff of white peach. Crisp acidity. Light tannins. Medium to full bodied. On the palate, green apples, slight lemon pith and great minerality. Long finish. This is drinking beautifully and probably should be consumed in the next few years (unless you enjoy older Sparkling wines). It would be great with Sushi and our host suggested Kim-Chi which sounds really interesting.
