2023 Tishbi Brut Sparkling Wine, Israel, Shomron, Wine Review

This is 100% French Colombard.  Light golden in color with a bit of green hues.  Clear and bright with a mousse of smallish bubbles.  The nose is interesting with limes, slight peach and a hint of steel.  Medium bodied.  On the palate, this is nice.  Not a lot of fruit but some lime.  Moderate finish.  It is Kosher for Passover and was served at a Seder where it worked well. Worked nicely with "Mock" Chopped Liver.  Drink now.
