2023 Darom by Yatir Cabernet Sauvignon, Israel, Judea, Wine Review

This is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petite Sirah, and 5% Syrah from the Judean Hills in Israel.  Purple in color, opaque and bright.  The nose has plums, black cherries and spice.  Medium to full bodied.  Light to medium tannins.  On the palate, flavors of plums and black cherries.  Moderate finish.  This is Kosher for Passover and makes a nice Seder wine.  It is easy to drink with no hard edges.  it worked well with Seder foods.  Drink over the next two to three years.
